Yes, our minimum hire period is 8 weeks unless you are enquiring about a Pop Up gym or Corporate Health & Wellbeing service.
Delivery will be organised within 14 days of you order.
Please check the equipment over before signing the delivery form as the full condition of the equipment is described on here. You must call us as soon as you notice any faults or damage during your hire so we can send out our service team to conduct the required checks. If the fault is not down to the mis-use of the equipment then we will replace it for you at our earliest convenience.

On completion of your order you will be required to pay your first 4 weeks hire and a standard one off delivery fee before delivery can be booked in.
We will charge the card we have on file 4 weeks after your equipment is delivered.
Yes, to complete your order process you will be asked for a copy of your Drivers License or Passport plus a Utility Bill date within the last 3 months. These documents will be requested by a member of our team when contacting you to book in your delivery.
